Maybe TMI, but in curious....
For the last several days-week, I have had increased "sharp-stabbing" pain very deep in my vigina that stops me in my tracks and takes my breath away. Someone told me this can mean the beginning of effacement and dilation. Has this started for any of you? And were you dilated or effaced?
