What's next? Femara/clomid fail

Question

Just finished up third round of Femara 7.5 mg which didn't make me ovulate. Previously tried 4 rounds of clomid (ending with 150 mg) which also did not work in making me ovulate. I do have PCOS and crazy irregular cycles. Just curious what other ladies "next step" was?

Have you taken metformin?  My clomid failed and then found out I had PCOS, so I was put on metformin and birth control for 2 months and the hit it hard with the femara.
