Nausea and vomiting ( morning sickness)
I am 5weeks and 5 days pregnant, i was all good and being hungry all the times but last night I developed vomiting after drinking a cup of coffee, the next morning i have nausea and don't want to eat anything :(
What has helped you? Peppermint oil? Ginger and lemon tea ? Or vitamin B6?
I am afraid it will get worse because i have to go to work and public gatherings usually so it will be awkward to vomit !
