Nervous and my anxiety is through the roof

Hi

I am getting a vaginal ultrasound on Monday I will be 5 weeks 4 days when I have it and I am super nervous would they be able to see anything yet and if so what would it look like I am super nervous and scared incase I get bad news I had a miscarriage last year I was around the same time I am now when I miscarried and I’m getting supper anxious for Monday for my scan and with the vaginal ultrasound do I need to drinkloads of water before my appointment last time when I had a vaginal ultrasound it was to have a closer look at my cervix and Ovaries and uterus and she told me to go to the toilet and empty my bladder before she done the ultrasound (vaginal) so does that mean I don’t need to drink loads of water before my appointment?

Has anyone had a scan around the same time I would have 5 weeks 4 days if so let’s see your scan pictures!
