Do I call this implantation bleeding or?

I was spotting today with some slight cramping. Not due til the 13th. My bmi is 41 is it early uti or spotting? I said uti because I have been needing to go to bathroom and nothing comes out when I do. Tingle a bit after. I never bleed with a uti. Help?

Ok if there's blood it can be a UTI. I went to the hospital about three weeks ago because I randomly started bleeding while I was peeing. Only when I went per was there blood. The doctor said I had a bladder infection. He said I did have a UTI that led to the Bladder infection. I didn't feel anything different when I was going to the bathroom just noticed blood and got scared.

Do I call this implantation bleeding or?
