Acne and BC

Anyone have good experiences complexion-wise with a particular birth control (esp. the pill)? Though everyone reacts to medications differently, I just want to know what some options might be. I know some BC have components that are a little more androgenic and moreso lead to acne. Also, what about NuvaRing? I've def been struggling with acne for awhile now, without improvement. Thanks, ladies;)
