This is a super BLT . Lightly toasted wheat bread , cream cheese then sun-dried tomato pesto, avocado, sliced tomatoes with salt and pepper, then Bacon and shredded lettuce (sprouts if you have it) then Basil pesto on the other bread.
Also great on a fresh Croissant or sliced Brioche!
