Possible signs?

I stopped birth control about almost two months ago to ttc. I’m 9dpo today and I’ve been in so much pain for my breast hurting the past two days (today is the worst breast pain). On 7dpo I have mild cramping for about ten minutes while I was at work and it got me thinking. I didn’t know if these are possible signs of being pregnant. I know it’s still early to test which is why I haven’t tested yet. Just wondering if any of you all have experienced this and got a bfp?
