Opinions?

I was supposed to get my period 3 days ago and I have bad cramps and back cramps and my boobs r sore but I’ve been wearing a tampon for 3 days just Incase and the past 2 days there was nothing and then this morning I took it out and it had like slight pink and brown spots on it but still no blood and I feel like it’s coming any day like what would u make of that

cuz SO thinks I’m pregnant but I don’t *feel* pregnant

Haven’t tested yet because I don’t wanna get my hopes up.
