Blue dyes are seriously the devil. 4 blue dye all have a blue (not grey) line. Out of every pink dye I took not one was +. Rexall should be ashamed of these tests. It was a relief for me but so many others this would have crushed. I know they say the color should only change to blue/pink if hcg is present but obviously that isn't the case with these tests.  I've also had this happen with CB. I don't believe it was a chemical pregnancy because I also took 1 frer (same day as the darkest blue test), many $ tests, and Pregmate Strips and none of them were positive. I did see a bit of an evap on the frer but that was after the time frame once it started to dry and had no color at all. The blue all showed in the time window and all had color. They really need to fix this problem,  I could not imagine if I was someone who had been TTC for a long time and got excited over this and ended up crushed when AF came today. That would be awful. Ladies please just stick with pink dye and don't put yourselves though the heartbreak blue dyes can bring. I wasn't wanting to be pregnant right now but I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't a tad bit disappointed. I had thought long and hard about what it would be like to be pregnant again and got used to the idea thinking the pink might start showing any day but nope, AF showed instead. I think we all need to boycott blue dyes until they do some much needed work on their defective tests.
