I'm hoping this isnt a silly question.

Have any of you ladies found a treatment that is actually helpful for managing pain and stopping your cycles???

I've had miserable cycles since I was 12, I'm 27 now. Miserable cramps. Vomiting. Completely non functional if I'm not doped up on medication. Have to use super plus tampons the during my whole cycle cramps during my ovulation week, cramps a week before and of course during my cycle. I'm absolutely over it. I've been blessed to be able to conceive , but now that I'm done having children I have to find a solution.

BC didnt seem to help but I'm willing to give it another shot. Considering an IUD. Really wanted a partial hysterectomy. Thought about getting my tubes tied (to prevent pregnancy ) and then get back on BC...

I cannot keep dealing with this pain, im.so sick of constantly popping pills to not be in pain.

Any advice. Looking for some hope here :/
