Concerned about MC. Questions.

I am worried that I may have had a very early MC. I have logged 3 or 4 periods in glow and it predicted that I should have gotten AF tomorrow. I began spotting on Thursday thinking it may have been implantation. That went on for two days when Saturday I had what seems like AF but two days early. I had just gone to get pregnancy tests, and never got to use them. Just worried that I may need to go to my Dr. Ao about MC, AF seems normal so far but early.
