34TTC#1PCOS

I am 34 ttc baby#1 , was diagnosed with PCOS in 2005. Recently had the HSG,E2 and multiple ultrasounds done. I have one ovary larger than the other and cysts on each with calcification on one. My dream of having a family is slowing starting to drift away from me. I am waiting for doctors appointment to go over results and what our next steps are. Is there anyone else goin through this or like this, any advice? Thank you in advance.
