Has anyone turned out pregnant?

So just a little background I’m 21 and had the gastric sleeve 6 months ago before then my periods were irregular and came every 2-3 months maybe ever since surgery my periods have been regular not to the day but every month. This month I was late I don’t know when I could have ovulated as I’m usually irregular like I stated so still getting used to having normal every month periods. I guess I’m asking if Could I still be pregnant if I’m having this light pink-brown discharge? From experience as anyone tested and still be pregnant.
