Brown discharge

I need some help here!! I am currently 10 weeks pregnant. This is my first pregnancy and at 5 weeks I had some brown discharge for around a week which freaked me out, my doctor told its a threatened miscarriage and put me on bedrest for a week. I started bleeding (red) again around 8weeks and 4 days and I had an emergency ultrasound scan which showed a healthy baby with heart rate 178bpm!♥️. And now I am 10 weeks and 2 days and the brownish discharge is still there all the time. Its sometimes more red and sometimes brown. Doctor says its okey as the baby looks fine. Is anybody else had the same issue and continued with a healthy pregnancy? Because this stress me out alot😟
