What if one day your partner passed away?

Ok, random i know. I just had a dream that my boyfriend passed away. In my dream I cried my eye out, and felt so much pain and sorrow. I woke up and I was so relieved that it was just a dream. But after it, I been thinking about what if one day he just passes away without me knowing, and I find out later, catching me off guard. I would not know what to do without him. I just had that sad overwhelming feeling, not a great one. I wanna make it a daily thing where I tell him that I love him, how much he means to me, that he's my world, sun, and moon, to treat him like how he deserves everyday, and make him happy and smile. We sometimes have our fights and stuff, but when it all comes down to it, I love him so so much. I never want to regret not saying and doing those things.
