I’m so confused!
So I’m 4wk3dys..
I’m unsure of all the things you can and can’t eat as this is my first pregnancy and I haven’t yet seen a midwife for information..
Silly question but what milk can a pregnant woman drink? I’ve been so confused with the pasteurised and unpasteurised thing and don’t know what milk in regards to semi skimmed or whole milk ect.. help?! Thank you!
