Losing weight through cardio?
So like the title says I’m trying to lose weight through doing cardio daily. I go to the gym and walk at least 2.5 miles. I’m trying to get rid of all of my stomach fat. I’m 5ft 6 and 205 pounds. I want to get down to 180, but I can’t seem to shed those last 5 pounds to get down to 200. I eat healthy too. Any suggestions on what I can do to get out of the 200’s?
