3D ultrasound pictures

I am going to be 37 weeks on Tuesday and I really want to do another 3D ultrasound. I did an ultrasound when I was just 16 weeks pregnant and I haven't done one ever since. And I am dying to do another one to see how my little man is doing and how he looks right now. I was just wondering if it's safe to do another one at this stage of pregnancy? since Im almost do.
