I don't have a problem falling asleep, but rather, staying asleep. I'm wide awake right now at 1:54 AM.

takes forever to go to sleep and I usually wake up at about 2 something and lay around for a few hrs! it is terrible! i wish i could find a way to sleep more

Getting to bed is the easy part for me because I'm so damn tired!! It's the staying asleep that I can't seem to master anymore.

Used to be an hour or more, but now that I'm 32 weeks pregnant, I'm super exhausted and fall asleep fast.  When I couldn't sleep, I used to use headphones to listen to an audio book (on a sleep timer), and that helped me to quiet my mind and relax.
