Sensation at the moment your body knows its pregnant?

I'm pregnant with my 3rd baby. All were technically "unplanned", but I'm married & we were plenty ready for all 3. With especially these last 2 pregnancies, I don't remember the night of conception, but a few days before I took pregnancy tests confirming that I was pregnant, I got an overwhelming sensation & like my body shuttered as if someone tickled me maybe? Idk how to explain it. I was in church both times during worship. Nothing in the songs made me feel that way, you know? Like I wasn't having a moment in the worship song. I just shuttered & then asked myself if I was pregnant. I didn't have a known reason to think that I was. As in, I didn't think we had a slip up in our pullout method.

Has anyone had a weird sensation like that & then found out they were pregnant few days later?
