Papaya enzymes
This isy third baby and last time my midwife introduced me to papaya enzymes. I got them at gnc last time but try to stay away from that store since almost everything is synthetic that they sell.
Papaya enzymes are great for any digestive issues! Including nausea and especially heartburn. We given them to our kids when something upsets their stomachs. Not going to help other virus issues. They taste like candy too! Keep a bit in your purse for in the go
