WTF is this??? Warning gross image

I had a colposcopy on Friday due to an abnormal pap smear I had a couple weeks ago. I noticed today some tissue looking discharge while wiping so decided to take a closer look and pulled this out of me! Wtf is this??? Is this normal or should I call my doctor?

RN here. 100% normal. It's the iron stuff they put in there to stop the bleeding. It can get a sandy texture too with black specks (the iron). It comes out in thin sheets that look like a tapeworm, it's really gross and you'll probably notice your vagina is super dry if you feel up in there.

Completely normal. It is he stuff they put on the cervix to stop the bleeding ! They should have made you aware of this! It has a particular name and if you google the procedure and after care it should tell you what it is and that it is normal!
