Weight loss tips ?
Hey ladies I’m looking to go on a weight loss journey. But I desperately need help. I currently weigh 194. I’ve been working out almost consistently for about 2 month going to the gym 3-5 times a week. So far I have lost a few lbs because my weight has just been fluctuating through this process. The first month my eating habits were terrible, I was working out but eating fast food daily. Now I’ve somewhat dropped the fast food and added more fruits and vegetables. But I really don’t know what to eat.
Are there any recommendations?
I don’t wanna try any pills or teas. Money is right right now so please nothing that is costly.
