Diet and weight loss
Okay so this is my first post on this app.
My 20th birthday is 20 days away and I want to loss 20-30lbs, is that possible? I'm 5'5 and weigh 216lbs and I feel very self conscious about how I look no matter how much people tell me otherwise. I need some advice on what diets I should do and/or exercise.
