Sleep training
LO is currently 18 weeks old. At his 4 month appointment on Saturday the pediatric said due to the fact that hes taking 5-6 oz every 3 hours he shouldnt be waking anymore to feed. She suggested sleep training him. Looking for any advice from moms who have sleep trained their babies. So nervous and sad to do this but no sleep is really taking a toll on me.
