Is breast milk supposed to look like this after a few hours?

It looks watered down. 
At 5 months, how much should I be pumping on average every 2-3 hours?

I’m almost 6 months PP I get 4oz if I pump after a missed meal and 1 - 2oz if I pump between meals.

Like others have said it’s just separation. As far as amount every 2-3 hours everyone is different. It seems for the part part for me I seem to get 2 to 4 ounces total in that time frame, but generally I seem to average about an ounce an hour. I pump every 2 hours for the most part and tend to get 2 to 2.5 ounces. There have been times I’ve waited 3 hours and can on occasion get 4oz.

It's just your hindmilk and foremilk separating. Give it a swirl and it will be fine

Yeah it's the two different milks seperating, just gently swirl it and it'll mix back together.
