I am 7 weeks pregnant today. My resting heart rate has started to nose dive over the last week, scared it’s a sign I am losing it as it usually drops before my period starts. Anyone else experience this and all was fine?

My heart rate dropped a lot during pregnancy and I was also worried, baby is now six months old, try not to worry it is normal 😀

It just looks like a nose dive but it’s only 10ish bpm less. Don’t sweat it though! Mine’s all over the board with my pregnancies. Your blood volume will be significantly increasing and it will be on the rise soon, and then may level out.

I don’t even use my fitbit anymore. When i was still wearing it, it went to a high and slowly decreased and that worsened my anxiety. I don’t recommend using fitbit if you have a fear of miscarriage. I panicked and cried because of my heart rate getting low. Now 14w 👍🏻

My resting heart rate has been really low this pregnancy, I was worried & asked my midwife about it & am happy to say that a low maternal rate will not effect baby!!
