Best time of day to opk?

I wake up at 03:00 most mornings for work, and I usually test first thing In the morning... when is the best time to test and how many times throughout the day?

Mine are super weird. I've only ever gotten my POS OPKS at nighttime! Around 9pm or so. I've never had one during the afternoon. But they say twice a day so you dont miss your surge. Good luck. Xo

Afternoon/evening is the best time to test. Some women test more than once but I just test once a day after work.
