Those of you who are twins, are you close to your twin?

Guess I’m just feeling REALLY emotional today cause I’m going through some stuff (depression creeping up on me again) and it’s super heartbreaking that I can’t even count on my own twin to be there for me. She lives an hour away but never calls, has never really been willing to be there for me emotionally and is just overall really closed off emotionally to me & has been our whole lives. Our relationship has improved over the years but I guess not as much as I had hoped - This was our text convo now.

My mom and her twin hate each other 😕 unfortunately just being twins doesn’t mean you can rely on them. I wish that were the case. I hope you have someone else to talk to!

I’m sorry. I know depression is one thing, but having no support from your love one is another. Maybe don’t reach out anymore. It’s just gonna hurt you more to see her respond like that. If you need to talk, you can message me here on Glow :)
