Feeling sore

Why do I feel sore a lot during sex?? And I can't get we no matter what so and I do. I hate it I can't enjoy sex and he says he feels bad because he doesn't make me feel good, which he does but for about a month now I just can't get wet at all. The last time we had sex was Saturday night, it's Monday morning and I feel super sore from Saturday, help?
