Reoccurring yeast infections??????? Please help

I don’t know if I’m just prone to yeast infections or what but i feel like I’ve tried EVERYTHING. And they just keep coming back, I tried using unscented tampons instead of scented ones, using organic tampons, Yogurt, Monistat, Prescription creams and gels. I even got tested for diabetes and I’m not. Im so tried of these, im 18, Im a virgin, I haven’t had sex or anything, I do occasionally masturbate but that can’t be it, i wash my hands before and after I do. Please help, can someone just be prone to them? Am I allergic to Tampons??? What is it??? I know my doctor is sick of seeing me in for the same reason.
