Hospital bag for babies? ?

I'm pregnant with triplets 30 weeks tommarrow and my dr. Said I might get hospitalized on Wednesday  (30 week appointment ) so my question is what are u all pack for your babies bag ? Mine maybe premie so I'm at a loss what to pack

For our twins(I'm 28 weeks 5 days now) I packed 3 preemie sleepers and 2 preemie outfits apeice and 3 newborn sleepers and 2 newborn outfits apiece. Then their coming home outfits which are newborn. 2 blankets..3 pairs of socks each..a few hats. And I have a plan to add/take out things as I reach my goal weeks!(:

For my singleton I packed a couple outfits for pictures, receiving blankets, and fuzzy baby blankets, the hospital will provide everything else you need. The car already had the carseat set up and ready also. When my son was born, the hospital loaded us up with diapers, the nurses all told us every time they brought in diapers for the baby cart, to take them out so it'd be refilled and we'd get more to bring home. Lol. We went home with plenty of nasal bulbs, diapers, napkins, and even some pacifiers. (And for me, I got ice pack pads, those stylish mesh underwear, and a squirt bottle for when you pee, since your crotch is sore for a while after a vaginal delivery, I imagine they would give you other things for a c section delivery as well) :-)  And for your own bag, make sure you have a comfortable maxi dress, so there's no pressure on your tummy with pants, etc. That was the best advice I got, so happy I followed that. lol

I packed clothes, pacis, hats, gloves etc. just got preemie stuff. Then I packed blankets and all my stuff. You still pack the same things :) just smaller sizes
