Crampy type pains 😫

Hello ladies, I just wondered if anyone else has been experiencing any lower abdomen pain towards the end of their pregnancies ? I’m 36 weeks + 3 and for the last week or so I get really bad pain that comes and goes and is always very low down in my belly.. (almost like its in my vag 😬🙈)

Just wondering if it could be baby stretching everything down there or moving itself down into position ready ? Either way it hurts like hell & I struggle to move or walk when I have it 😫
