Nauseaus but just dry heaving... Should I be worried?

Hey ladies, I'm 4 wks 6 days and constantly nauseaus. My body keeps trying to throw up but all I do is dry heave. I eat enough, I make sure of that - though recently my diet has had to change a little due to my little Peanut declaring hatred for eggs. 
Have any of you experienced this?

My dry heaving turned into vomiting at week 9 🤷🏻‍♀️

When I was pregnant with my first, I maybe threw up twice, BUT I dry heaved all the time. It was only in the first trimester, but it was so annoying. It happen to me esp when I brushed my teeth. I would be so close to throwing up, but nothing! Crazy.

Yes I didn't actually ever vomit. K know it sounds weird and dry heaving sucks BUT at least you're keeping everything down so your body is taking in all the water and nutrients. The last thing you want is to become dehydrated!

I also had an aversion to eggs while preggo!! Weird! Try to eat almost constantly. The nausea can be caused by highs and lows in blood sugar so if you eat little amounts slowly but very often it may help. I had this same exact thing with both pregnancies and none of the regular nausea remedies worked. Eventually it stops and it’ll be worth it when you have your little nugget ❤️ Hang in there! (Also you can ask for diclegis, which is proven safe in pregnancy and can help with the nausea)

I'm 8 weeks now and experienced the same thing, I heave at a lot of smells! Unluckily today was the first time being sick straight after eating 🙈
