Anyone had complications after birth with the placenta?

Question

I had a horrible experience after I gave birth to my daughter. I'm now pregnant with my second and worried that my placenta may get stuck again but I've asked in my birth to recieve the injection to help contract the placenta? 
Anyone had horrible after births and went on too have there second baby and everything was fine with no complications?

My placenta was stuck and had to be manually removed with my first. I’ve had 2 more kids and no issues with either of the placentas getting stuck.

Yesss me! 
My first birth the placenta wouldn’t come out on its own and no shit the doctor has his damn arm up there trying to scoop it out I was screaming for him to stop and they wheeled me into surgery. 
My second birth was no issue the midwife just massages my tummy afterwards it was a little sore but it came out :) 
I’m worried with my third it will happen again
