Did any other moms get tested positive with Chlamydia or another STD while being pregnant?

I know this is very personal which is why I made it a poll, but I was tested positive for chlamydia during my 12 week exam. I have been trying to get it cleared but I feel embarrassed and ashamed that I didnt check before getting pregnant. I cant turn back time, but I am worried about how it will affect my baby. My dr says it will be fine so I just wanted to know if any other mothers have had to deal with this embarrassment, you dont have to comment, I just wanted a poll

I didn’t, but my sister and her baby is fine just had to get treated her and her partner.

I got it while pregnant with my son , I actually am glad I found out while pregnant ( thankfully no harm to my son ) but I found out The father was cheating . if I wouldnt have been pregnant I wouldnt have known at all , I mean I was 17 at the time....
But They gave me and him pills to take no sex for a week. and than they checked me again I was clean and than a while more into the pregnancy gave me antibiotics ( I had to have him at 35 weeks ) due to preeclampsia so When I had him I wouldnt pass anything to him and thankfully everything came out fine ! Its best to catch it before than later when its almost time for baby to get here .
