Low blood sugar 1hr glucose

Hi Mommies and mommies to be - I went Saturday at 14w for a 1hr glucose test... called as I was anticipating failing (high sugar) and needing to do the 3 hr test. My results showed 65 which is pretty low. Anyone have hypoglycemia in early pregnancy? I will mention Saturday i came home and literally could not keep my eyes opened. I kept telling my hubby i felt like i was t awake and had never felt that way before... Waiting for the Obgyn to call back. Any insight appreciated.
