I have definitely got a bump but I do get bloated from time to time, I'm 19 weeks now. I can tell the difference in bloat and bump, my bloat is mostly high up.

My bloat went away at 14 weeks when I got my bump.

My bloat kind of turned into my bump later on. There was a clear difference but I never had a period where the bloat stopped before a bump started.
