TTC frustration

All my friends around me are pregnant, my best friend just called me this morning saying how she’s pregnant by some random dude. Yet I’ve been ttc for the past 6 months with my fiancé and still can’t conceive.

Just feeling down about everything and to make it worst yesterday I found out I have one cyst on my right ovary.

At 16 I got pregnant so quickly without an issue and got an abortion. Now at 23 I’m ttc and it’s the hardest thing ever. Makes me regret the choices I’ve made.
