Does anyone else not feel pregnant because there are no symptoms? I'm getting worried...

I feel the same exact way! The only symptoms I am having right now are extreme fatigue and very vivid dreams when I sleep.. I am worried because I had an u/a last week dating prob around 5w4days and there was a clear gestational sac but no heartbeat could be seen yet.. I go next Monday for a follow up. I can’t help but to think something is wrong:( but let’s keep our little beans in our prayers!! God has it all worked out! ♥️ much love!!

Mine come and go regularly. Some days I'm super tired. My boobs are off and on sensitive and occasional nausea.other days I feel normal.

I’ll trade you 😩😭🤢🤮 fourth pregnancy and it’s NEVER been this bad with nausea, bloating, and backaches 😩
