Period date question
Is spotting before period considered part of your period? Last Monday started spotting, didn’t start a heavy flow until Thursday and that lasted until Sunday. My period early too, as I cane off bc early March. Just trying to figure out what day I actually started...Monday with spotting it Thursday with heavy flow?
