No symptoms

Im 40 years old, took a pregnancy test a day before missed cycle because after getting out shower my breast had a clear discharge ( I have 4 other kids all was breast feed youngest is 5) this also happened with last pregnancy- so I took a test came back positive — app says I should be 5 weeks 2 days due dec 1 - thing is I don’t have any symptoms and I’ve been reading that menopause can cause a positive- this is the name my mom sent through menopause... could I not be pregnant??? Wasn’t planning on making a doctors appointment till I’m around 8-10 weeks
