Help! Having trouble with sex..?

Alright well my boyfriend and I have been dating for almost a year and yeah we have sex. But I feel like he always does the work. I feel bad at times because since he's my first I don't know what exactly to do ; so any advice I can do?

My boyfriend is my first too. And in the beginning I felt the same way and talked to him about it, but he honestly likes to be the giver lol except on rare occasions, when he will kinda tell me what he likes, he knows he was my first so he's completely understanding and likes to teach me ;) haha
