How to exercise and maintain weight on a vacation?

Hi I’m 16, and at 5’7, at 150-155 pounds, I’m healthy I do 2 track seasons and run xc. I’m going to Disney for a week, I’ve been going my whole life and I gain weight a lot :(, do you know what exercises I could do that won’t take up the whole day but could help me maintain my weight, I only drink water and my diet isn’t awful and there’s a gym at my resort which is good because I don’t wanna run in 90 degree weather for 50 minutes which is what I would normally do at home in Jersey.
