Success using a cycle buddy?

Question

I'm currently TTC #2 and I have never actually tried to conceive.  Our first was not deliberate.  I am just wondering if anyone has actually used a cycle buddy and if it was successful it helpful for you?

I don't even know how you "use" a cycle buddy. I found one on here but we were both confused on how to do it because it's hard to find each other and all that. It would be cool if glow made this easier for us.

Well then I guess I will start taking an ovulation test to figure that out.   I was only tackling my AF and going off of what how says my ovulation window was. It's month#2 for trying so I guess we will see if that works.  I didn't really track it to much on our first month.
