If it has fancy or soft cheese I would have that removed. But deli meat is fine hot or cold. You're more likely to get listeria from soft serve ice cream, veggies like the 10 romaine lettuce outbreaks we had last year and now avocado. If it's a reputable spot then there's no worries! Enjoy
