Help so confused

I started my period 9 days late which I figured was just from me starting to work out. I'm usually a heavy bleeder this time it was really light for the first 6 days day 7 it was heavy but for like an hour then stop thought my period was done next day I started bleeding then stopped again went all night and all morning and afternoon figured I was done again even got a positive ovulation test! We had sex and the boom laid down for 2 hours got up went to the bathroom wiped and there was a little blood stuck a tampon in to see how had pulled it out waited 5 minutes pulled my second tampon out and there was no blood I really dont understand why I would he bleeding still and getting a positive ovulation test😥 so worried there is something wrong with my body like is my period ever gonna end is this throwing me false positive ovulation test
