So confused....

Last week I had some spotting and decided to take a test. To my surprise I got a bfp. I called and talked to my doctor who had me come in and do a blood test. It also came back positive with 60 mIU/mL. According to the app I should be 6 weeks tomorrow, the problem is I took 3 test today and even though there is a line it is extremely light, like I wouldn’t notice unless I was trying extremely hard to see one.I haven’t had any cramps or bleeding so wondering if I should be worried.
