endometriosis questions

can endometriosis sometimes be worse than it is other times?? personally i think i may have it, but only sometimes do my symptoms show.

the symptoms i have before my period normally are:

acne, bloating, mood swings, fatigue, breasts sort of hurt and light cramping

the symptoms i have before my period 75% of the time are.

cystic acne, extreme bloating, really bad bipolar like mood swings, fatigue 24/7, heavy cramping, headaches, nausea and vomiting, constipation, and super tender breasts. also, had yellow ish discharge for the first time ever today.. its also the day before my period is supposed to start
